2025 ACCESSIBILITY (ADA)

Keinemusik NYC welcomes all people with disabilities. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure attendees have access to all event goods and services, regardless of ability.

Eligibility

It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations. Our Accessibility department has finite resources and needs to focus these resources on helping those who legitimately require assistance.

Accessibility Services Hub

There will be one (1) Accessibility Services Hub located at the GA/VIP Accessible Viewing Area to support and address the needs of all attendees with accessibility needs. After entering the event through the Accessible (ADA) Entrance, the Accessibility Services Hub will be located to the southeast, adjacent to the Event Stage, on the fence that divides the GA area from the VIP area. This location will be indicated on the Venue Map by an International Symbol of Access (ISA). Venue Map is released approximately 1 week before the day of show.

Accessibility Services will be provided to Accessible Ticket holders. Accessibility Services will be available to guests with Accessible Tickets. We will do our best to assist others with accessibility needs, but services cannot be guaranteed without an Accessible Ticket. At this time, Accessible Tickets for the event are sold out.

At an Accessibility Services Hub, you can:

  • Learn about accessibility services and receive answers to your questions
  • Receive an accessibility wristband
  • Effective Communication check-in
  • Register service animals

Hours:

Accessibility Services Hub:
July 26th: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Accessibility Wristband

Guests with disabilities wishing to utilize many of the accessibility services at Keinemusik NYC will be required to acquire an accessibility wristband. This wristband is acquired onsite upon entry at the Accessible (ADA) Entrance or at our Accessibility Services Hub located at the GA/VIP Accessible Viewing Area. There is an Accessible Ticket that needs to be purchased in order to utilize accessibility services at Keinemusik NYC.

  • Accessibility wristbands are valid for the duration of the event.
  • DO NOT remove your wristband for the duration of the event.
  • One (1) accessibility companion wristband will be issued per guest with a disability.
  • Additional wristbands may be issued for families with young children.

If a person with a disability wishes to change their companion, they can obtain a new accessibility companion wristband by returning the formerly used companion wristband to the Accessibility Services Hub, where it will be replaced. We are unable to reissue any accessibility wristbands unless the original wristband is brought back to us to be reissued.

Mobility Disabilities

We encourage guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Crutches, walkers and canes are also permitted. Please note that we will not be renting mobility devices onsite.

Accessible Routes

Keinemusik NYC is held at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York. The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The venue terrain is a combination of grass and pavement, with little to no steep inclines, steps, grades, or rough surfaces. The event footprint is large, with considerable distances between points of interest. There are a number of curbs that separate the grass areas of the park from the asphalt boulevards. There are a number of built in curb cuts and the event plans to supplement these curb cuts with ramps where an accessible route is needed.

Guests will need to traverse throughout the event grounds between amenities independently or with the assistance of a companion. If you need assistance finding your most accessible route around the event, please visit us at an Accessibility Services Hub.

Charging

If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device or other medical equipment, our Accessibility Team cannot guarantee a place to charge your device but will do their best to assist you in finding a location to safely charge.

  • Bring all cords and accessories needed to charge your devices.
  • Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.
  • We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

Accessible Parking

There is no parking available for the event and subsequently, there is no Accessible (ADA) Parking available at the event.

Clear signage (including VMT boards) will direct guests with disabilities to this location.

Accessible Entrance

There will be a designated Accessible (ADA) Entrance located in between the GA Entrance and the VIP/VVIP Entrance that will be labeled with signage.
